It is shown that with the use of chemically modified carriers it is possible to create composites with controlled release of the active substance. The characteristics of hybrid materials created by impregnation of chemically modified silica with kraft-lignin with different (methylsilyl, amino-, silicon hydride) functional groups in the surface layer have been studied. A technique for non-thermal formation of cobalt nanostructures on the surface of chemically modified silica matrices by reducing cobalt from aqueous solutions of its salts has been developed.
