With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal bed to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal of coalbed d4 along belt and upper entry of Bed-rock of level 593 m in zones of geological disturbances of Mine office “Pokrovskoe” is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
