With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal bed to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal from coal bed d4 on the site 11 of south longwall face of block 10 in zone of geological disturbances of Mine office “Pokrovskoe” is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
