I. Mechnikov National University popup.description2 The object of research is human orthobiosis as a systemic phenomenon. The subject of research - psychological aspects of orthobiotic lifestyle. The purpose of the work is to develop the basic conceptual concepts of the human orthobiosis psychology, to offer the basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of personality in the orthobiotic paradigm, including psychological health and rehabilitation. The study was conducted in several main areas: methodological principles of the study of the individual orthobiosis psychology; development of meaningful characteristics of human orthobiosis psychology; development of scientific and diagnostic tools and discovering of personality development factors in the orthobiotic paradigm. The following results were obtained: for the first time in Ukraine, the features of individual psychological health were studied using an orthobiotic approach and systematic modeling of psychological phenomena. For the first time in Ukraine, the psychological well-being and success of the individual in the context of human orthobiosis are described. For the first time the results of research of optimistic attitude to life as an activating resource of personality are given; the problem of influence of modern technologies on mental health is considered; for the first time an approach is proposed that establishes the relationship between the concepts of "psychological well-being" and " the individual success" in the context of human orthobiosis. Particular attention is paid to the problems of activating personal resources to overcome difficult life situations in the orthobiotic approach and harmonization of personality development. Based on the results of theoretical and empirical research, the Program of advanced training courses "Professional psychodiagnostics" (Implementation Act №14 of December 28, 2020) was developed and implemented.
