The subject of the study is the mechanisms of the processes that determine the energy efficiency of IR emitters which are based on clusters in smoky plasma using the theory of fractal structures by determining the dependence of IR radiation on the size and concentration of pores in the agglomerate, and their dependence on the size and charge state of metal oxide particles. The goal of this work is to create thermodynamic models of IR emitters based on fractal clusters of metal oxides in the smoky plasma of metallized compositions and to determine the energy efficiency of plasma radiation. The research presents new methods. The use of dimension theory to obtain the Poisson-Boltzmann equation in a reduced state with the introduction in the right-hand side of the equation of the defining criterion for the ratio of potential forces in the fields of ions and electrons.
