System of cooling of current conductors for the technological node of spark plasma sintering, equipped with sensors of temperature and of liquid flow was designed and manufactured. Automatic vacuuming system was designed. Theoretical evaluation of the strength of loading elements of the construction of press and vacuum chamber casing was conducted, selection of materials for these elements was performed. The system of complex software control of the process of spark plasma sintering and mechanical loading of the compacts from disperse compositions with the present source of electrical current was designed. Measuring complex, which allows registration of the characteristics of the technological process of spark plasma sintering (namely, temperature, pressure of mechanical loading, root-mean-square value of pulsed current through the specimen, traverse movement velocity, pressure of the residual vacuum, mean level of electric voltage on the specimen and released electric power) was upgraded.
