The work of the obtained biosensors during the application of an additional Nafion membrane on top of the enzyme membrane and the phenylenediamine film applied directly to the sensor surface to improve the analytical characteristics of the developed biosensors was studied. A study of the analytical characteristics of the obtained biosensors, namely their sensitivity, response time of biosensors, linear range and the limit of determination of the substrate. The process of inactivation and reliability of the developed enzyme biosensors under different conditions of analysis and storage is investigated.
