The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate innovative technologies of physical education, which are aimed at improving the physical condition of various groups of the population. Research methods - theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, method of anthropometry, methods of determining the functional state of the organism, methods of assessing the level of physical health (according to G.L.Apanasenko), timing of human activity, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the theoretical substantiation, development and implementation of innovative technology for the formation of statodynamic posture of children of primary school age with hearing impairments in the process of adaptive physical education; differentiated approach in physical education of female students, taking into account the hypermobility of joints to improve physical condition; organizational structure of the process of physical education of students; the constituent components of which are: target, theoretical and methodological, content-procedural and effective blocks; organizational and methodological conditions for improving the effectiveness of physical, theoretical and methodological training of students of different groups of specialties on the basis of professional requirements with the use of various forms, means and methods of physical education; Thai boxing sectional programs for students with different levels of health. The preconditions of transformation of systems of physical education in foreign countries for extrapolation of positive foreign experience for optimization of physical education of school children in Ukraine are defined.
