Silicon carbide condensates on refractory metals W, Mo, Nb were obtained. The samples were used as sublimation sources when applying silicon carbide coatings on zirconium. The reduction of silicon tetrachloride in low-temperature nonequilibrium hydrogen plasma of induction discharge is carried out. Experimental results have shown that the process proceeds with lower energy costs compared to the "Siemens process". Hydrogenated silicon was obtained by hydrogen reduction of monosilane. By the sublimation method from atomic , sources, a multilayer heterostructure was obtained for the registration of radiation in the near-infrared region of radiation at wavelengths ~ Product Description popup.authors Evsyukov Oltrsiy Ig.
