The object of the study - infertile women, pregnant women with dysfunction of the pancreas, liver, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, endometriosis, uterine leiomyoma, endocrinopathies and their combination. The aim is to increase the incidence of pregnancy in women with reproductive dysfunction and reduce the incidence of complications with concomitant somatic extragenital pathology by introducing algorithms for early diagnosis, adequate treatment and timely prevention of risk factors for obstetric and gynecological complications. Research methods - general clinical, biochemical, embryological, hormonal, immunological studies; laser hatching, cryopreservation of embryos, sperm and eggs, determination of sperm DNA fragmentation; instrumental (ECHO - cardioscopy, ECG (determination of hemodynamic parameters, segmental contractility of the left ventricle), determination of renal function, ultrasound of the liver, pancreas, ultrasound of the uterus, ovaries and mammary glands, ovarian elastography, Doppler and uterine Doppler AT. Based on the results of the performed research, algorithms for examination and treatment of infertile women and women with estrogenital pathology have been developed.
