A model of a biosensor based on immobilized lactate oxidase (LOx) has been developed. Their comparative characteristics have been studied. A laboratory model of an epidermal printed amperometric sensor system for non-invasive determination of lactate in sweat has been developed. Its analytical characteristics were studied in model solutions (buffer, saline solutions, artificial sweat) in stationary and flow cell modes. The influence of sweat constituents on the results of measurements of L-lactate was investigated. The procedure for measuring lactate in artificial sweat samples was optimized. The comparison of the results of measuring L-lactate using the developed laboratory model of the sensor system and the traditional method of analysis was carried out.
