Mechanisms for the integration of natural capital into the system of socio-economic relations on the basis of harmonization of diverse interests of economic entities have been developed. The principles of formation of the system of institutional support of natural resources management in the conditions of global environmental changes are defined and the hierarchical structure of priorities of the state support of nature protection projects directed on achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 is offered. The subjects of management of natural-resource relations are identified and the limiting factors of sustainable development are structured, in particular, the systems of nature management in the conditions of global environmental changes that do not allow or hinder the progress of economic transformations in a given direction. Methodological approaches to assessing the relationship between global environmental change and socio-economic development indicators at the national and regional levels have been developed, which is of particular interest in the context of the formation of new and improved ways to achieve sustainable development goals.
