A specific fundamental task within the general problem, the solution of which was aimed at the project - to reveal the potential of research activities in chemistry; to substantiate the peculiarities of the use of cloud technologies, to develop the technology of formation of information-analytical competence and the technology of pedagogical stimulation to self-assessment of educational activity. The object of research is the educational process in chemistry in institutions of higher and general secondary education. The subject of the research is ways to increase the efficiency of the educational process in chemistry in institutions of higher and general secondary education. Scientific novelty. The research theoretically substantiates and develops the technology of formation of research competence; methods of training future chemistry teachers for the use of cloud technologies; technology of formation of information-analytical competence; technology of pedagogical stimulation of the future teacher to self-assessment of educational. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development and implementation in the practice of higher education institutions of methodological support for the study of chemical disciplines. The results of research have been published in 3 monographs, 3 textbooks, 1 article in a scientometric publication included in the databases Scopus and Web of Science, 16 articles in professional and foreign scientific journals. According to the results of the topic, 3 candidate dissertations were defended.
