Research objects -- nebular environments, the atmosphere of the Sun and other stars, white dwarfs and matter in the pre-galactic epoch. The purpose of the work is to study the transfer of ionizing radiation within astrophysical plasma; study the evolution of its structures on different spatio-temporal scales and verification of models using astronomical observations; study of the structure of white dwarfs taking into account the magnetic field, inter-particle interactions, temperature and rotation. Methods - method for the photoionization modelling of the nebular environment , method for calculating the densities of the first molecules, the method to describe the collapsing perturbations of the matter density, the method to calculate the characteristics of stars with axial rotation, method to calculate the photoionization cross section of the H- ion, method to determine the magnetic fields in the layers of the lower photosphere. Results of the research. Modelling of planetary nebulae envelopes, HII regions, white dwarfs and their physical characteristics are specified. The Chandrasekhar model has been improved in the theory of degenerate dwarfs. The physical and evolutionary characteristics of symbiotic nova envelopes were calculated. The dependencies of the molecules, atoms and ions densities in the halo, the temperature of the baryon component on the initial amplitudes of cosmological perturbations were obtained in models with dynamic dark energy. Statistically significant relationships were found between the evolutionary parameters of galaxies (halos) and network metrics. A method to solve the 3D equations of radiation transfer in inhomogeneous plasma has been developed. Peculiarities of convection in the atmospheric layers of the solar flare are considered.
