Among other firmicuts microorganisms of the genus Enterococcus was predominated,which in patients with AL had a high level of resistance to ABD of the penicillin series,aminoglycosides,cephalosporins,and fluoroquinolones.33.3%-90.9% of resistant enterococci to penicillins and aminoglycosides were detected in CL.Strains of Moraxella catarrhalis were resistant to a wide range of ABD. Piperacillin, clarithromycin, cefuroxime,imipenem showed inhibitory properties in up to 50.0%-70.0% of Moraxel strains.Gracilite rods were resistant to single ABD groups of penicillins,tetracyclines, macrolides,lincosamides,groups of individual ABD. Observed an increase in the resistance level of 25.0%-90.0% Candida sp. strains to azoles: ketoconazole,fluconazole, itraconazole.Thus, the widespread use of antibiotic-resistant bacteria requires a rational appointment of ABD,determination of individual sensitivity of IIC factors,taking into account national treatment protocols and monitoring data of antibiotic resistance in a specific category of patients.Medical and social effect.Medicine.
