Usikov Institute for Radiophysics and Electronics NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The object of research is the processes of interaction of a microwave (MW) field with unusual superconductors in the superconducting (S) and normal (N) states. The aim of this work is to obtain the temperature dependence of the resonator response with superconductors of different types and the complex conductivity of superconductors with Fe ions in the MW range. This is important for elucidating the nature of the unusual superconductivity, including the nature of the resonator response feature in the composition with the superconducting FeSeTe film. Research methods are experimental measurement of MW surface impedance of superconductors by resonator method with subsequent determination of complex conductivity, numerical modeling of quasi-optical dielectric (QDR) and coplanar resonators with samples of superconductors, processing of measurement results with the help of software created at O.Ya. Usikov Institute for Radiophysics and Electronics of NAS of Ukraine (IRE NASU). The technique of measuring the impedance of superconductors in the N-state on the basis of hemispherical QDRs has been developed. The results of numerical simulations also show the fundamental possibility of using coplanar resonators based not only on high-temperature superconductors (HTSCs), but also on normal conductors. It is experimentally shown that the peculiarity of the response of the superconducting FeSexTe1-x thin film found by the authors is absent in the films of other superconductors, even a close superconductor (Li1-xFex) OHFeSe, which stimulates further research to answer the question of the nature of the detected feature.
