The tribomolecular generator and the laboratory system for modeling a two-phase oil-vapor-gas mixture with the possibility of regulating its current aggregate-phase state have been developed and manufactured. The technology of control of the current aggregate-phase state of lubricating liquids for introduction in circulation systems of real ESU is developed. The method of determination and technology of control of the current aggregate-phase state of the working fluid in circulating lubrication systems are developed. Developed, manufactured and tested model of the device and a prototype of control of the current physical and phase state of the working fluid in the circulating lubrication systems. The use of the developed devices in power units of different types of power plants, in internal combustion engines for land and water transport, ie wherever circulating lubrication systems are used, will significantly increase the technical safety of power plant units, flight safety of aircraft and ground, water and other modes of transport. which will create additional jobs, reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of ESU, increase their efficiency.
