Purpose - The purpose of the study is to improve the quality of pre-sowing treatment of grain seeds with pesticides in chemical solutions in the conditions of farms by processing electrified seeds in a cloud of electroaerosol. Research methods - For the analysis of technological equipment for seed treatment of grain and criteria for assessing the quality of treatment, the tools of system analysis were used, including the analysis of theoretical information about the technology of pre-sowing treatment; analysis of operating modes of existing technological machines, their advantages and disadvantages. This report offers: - analysis of methods of pre-sowing treatment of seed material - aerosol method of plant protection - technical means for obtaining electroaerosols, their advantages and disadvantages - deposition of electroaerosol on surfaces - calculation of high voltage voltage source research results. To assess the quality of treatment, the tools of system analysis were used (analysis of theoretical information about the technology of pre-sowing treatment; analysis of operating modes of existing technological machines, their advantages and disadvantages; assessment of quality criteria and their definition; analysis of physical processes occurring when creating electrically charged aerosol and the flow of grain seeds; substantiation of the criterion for assessing the quality of the disinfectant), mathematical modeling (to substantiate the technology, technological and design parameters of the electrotechnological complex), the provisions of automatic control theory (to formalize the automatic control system) and experimental research method. Experimental verification of theoretical positions was carried out on a laboratory stand and in production conditions. Field of application: crop production.
