The subject of research - functional dependences of output characteristics of the planetary hydraulic motor working as a part of mechatronic systems of self-propelled agricultural and other machinery. The purpose of the study is to increase the operational efficiency of mobile agricultural machinery by developing and implementing comprehensive measures for the design and improvement of planetary hydraulic machines as part of mechatronic systems to drive active working bodies and running systems of agricultural and other machinery. The research methods include: methods of calculation, design and modeling of planetary hydraulic machines for the drive of active working bodies and running systems of self-propelled machinery, taking into account the conditions of its operation; methods of designing adjustable planetary hydraulic motors and motor wheels. The performed researches are devoted to the development of the mathematical apparatus for the description of the working processes occurring in the systems of the rotors and the liquid distribution system of the planetary hydraulic engine. The developed calculation algorithm allows to determine the relationship of design parameters of rotors and distributors with the output characteristics of the planetary hydraulic motor, as well as to improve the theory of calculation and design of elements of extrusion and distribution units of planetary hydraulic machines. The results of the research can be used in the development of scientific bases for the design of planetary hydraulic machines for mechatronic systems with hydraulic drive of active working bodies and running systems of self-propelled agricultural and other machinery.
