Recommendations on methods of strength and resource control, improvement of structures and technologies of transparent elements in the production of aircraft glazing, which can also be used in the repair of other military equipment are developed and used in the manufacture of the first industrial bulletproof windshield TSK008UO 01.000 right. It is shown that to determine the efficiency of strengthening the structural elements of this block of thermally strengthened glass treated by ion exchange or glass strengthened by combined technologies of etching with tempering and etching with ion exchange, it is insufficient to obtain only experimental values of glass strength after completion of all technological operations of modifications of glass. Therefore, to control the strength, defect and mechanical behavior of the structural layers of glass bulletproof block TSK008UO.01.000 for flight and special tests with SE "Antonov" proposed tests for central-symmetrical bending and transverse bending of samples-witnesses at all stages of application of the applied modes.
