The regularities between the consumer behaviouг of individuals and life quality have been supplemented (Engel's law, Pareto principle). Factors influencing the life quality are grouped taking into account new tendencies and changes in population vital activity. The impact of stressful states, emotional and physical overloads on the life quality of servicemen - participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (War in Donbas), the role of physical activity in stress prophylaxis and its consequences correction in different living conditions have been revealed. Linear and stage regularities of interaction between physical activity and life quality of population have been identified. It has been determined that physical culture and sports can alleviate the symptoms of depression, promote the improvement of social and emotional functioning of a person at various age stages. Programming of physical activity of different population groups is aimed at life quality enhancement and realization of health-preserving activities: formation of a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, increasing the duration of active longevity. Programming of physical activity according to the individual psychophysical peculiarities significantly contributes to the realization of the complex international program “WHA57.17 Global strategy on diet, physical activity and health”. The obtained results can be used to improve the quality of life of specific social, professional, and age groups of Ukraine population, which contributes to the life comfort of a person, improves motivation to work and labour mobility, preserving the employment potential of the country, brings population living conditions closer to European standards.
