STEEL, TECHNOLOGY, ALLOYING, DISPERSION STRENGTHENING, MECHANICAL PROPERTIES, WEAR RESISTANCE Objects of research: foundry chromium steel grade 120Х15Л with additional alloying with aluminum and manganese, to - and eutectoid carbon steels from wt. carbon content from 0.5% to 0.8% with dispersion nitride hardening and manganese steel grade 110G13L with additional nitrogen doping. The purpose of the work is to determine the basic fundamental laws of structure transformation and formation of metal properties in friction layers depending on alloying, on steels with different types of structures and under different wear conditions, and to develop recommendations for practical use of research results. The main qualitative and quantitative indicators of the regularities of the influence of alloying, heat treatment and wear conditions on the processes of structure transformation in the friction layers of 120H15L steel are determined and the degrees of alloying at which the maximum wear resistance of steel is provided under sliding friction. New foundry wear-resistant steels of 120H15UL and 120H15GL brands have been developed. The regularities of the influence of nitride dispersion hardening and parameters of hot deformation of carbon pre- and eutectoid steels on their structure and mechanical properties are established. The technology of nitride dispersion hardening of carbon pre-eutectoid steels increases their mechanical properties and wear resistance under conditions of sliding friction and rolling friction, by 1.5 - 2.0 times. It is established that the negative impact of increasing the casting temperature of steel grade 110G13L on the quality of castings and mechanical properties of steel can be offset by using the technology of modification of steel grade 110G13L with nitrogen. Modification with nitrogen increases the wear resistance of steel by 1.8 times under the conditions of impact and abrasive wear Product Description popup.authors Kirchu Ivan F Loktionov-Remizovskiy Valeriy A Shypytsyn Sergiy Ya popup.nrat_date 2021-03-01 Close
