The subject of research is methodological and informational support of scientific and scientific-technical expertise on the basis of studying world trends in the development of scientific and scientific-technical expertise. The purpose of the work is to create a methodological basis for evaluating the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities; development of qualimetric methods and models of expert assessment; creation of modern information support of expert activity on the basis of research of world tendencies of development of scientific and scientific and technical examination. In the process of R & D were used traditional general and special research methods, in particular: empirical (observation, analogy, comparison, measurement), induction and deduction, grouping, systems analysis (retrospective, quantitative), modeling, tabular, graphical, heuristic (expert assessments). ); principles of system approach, methods of generalization and abstraction; software and tools for data processing and mining. The main approaches in scientific research concerned the conduct of research, monitoring and analysis of modern aspects of the development of scientific and scientific-technical expertise and its scientific-methodical and information support.
