Two experimental approaches have been proposed to determine the photoluminescence intensity of modified AgInS / ZnS semiconductor nanocrystals. If in the first the intensity of photoluminescence of AgInS nanocrystals is measured in samples with a volume of 100 μl in the wells of a special plate using a scanning spectrofluorimeter, in the second on an experimental setup at the V.Ye. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics NAS of Ukraine measures samples with a volume of 20-25 μl, which are in glass capillary tubes. The study of changes in the photoluminescence intensity of modified AgInS / ZnS semiconductor nanocrystals when mixed with modified AuNPs and free oligonucleotides 80-bcr-abl revealed the following trend: an increase in the concentration of 80-bcr-abl in the range of 20-500 nM in the presence of AuNPs-DP leads to reducing the PL intensity of modified semiconductor nanocrystals.
