A model of a phase-shifting speckle interferometer was created and it was coordinated with the loading device. An algorithm and a program for the operation of a speckle interferometer during the study of the deformation characteristics of samples of structural materials have been developed. An experimental model of a two-wave interferometer for the implementation of the two-wave three-step FZI method with an arbitrary phase shift of the reference beam was created and its approbation was carried out. The optical scheme of the experimental model of the digital holography system was debugged and its experimental approbation was carried out. The method of determining the metrological characteristics of the created interferometric models, in particular the errors of the reproduced surface relief, that is the parameters of 3d roughness and undulation, was developed and experimentally verified. A method for studying the deformation characteristics of dental implants under the influence of external loads by digital holographic interferometry has been developed.
