Sensory structures with sensitive covers on the base of the inner chiral derivatives of calix[4]areneacetic acid modified in the lower rim by alkyl groups with different volume and lengths were fabricated for detection of stereoisomeric L- and D- forms of hiral analites. The entatiodiscrimination features of the thee inner hiral derivatives of propoxycalix[4]areneacetic acid newly synthesized in the Institute of Organic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine have been studied in respect to series of hiral analytes, especially 1-phenylethylamine, 2-aminobythanol and 2-hydroxypropanoic (lactic) acid. It was shown that the presence of long octyl group near the center of binding molecules leads to increase of enantioselectivity.
