The object of research is the methods of analysis and substantiation of models and means of software development of information technology of ACS document management. The purpose of research is to design and develop an electronic document management system, which is an excellent solution for an organization seeking to automate document management within its enterprise. As a result of SRW, an electronic document management information system was designed, which is developed for registration of incoming documents, their storage and subsequent sending of these documents to document management entities and to ensure transparency of employees in order to reduce paper costs due to no need to create copies of documents. . Research and analysis of advanced information technologies as an architectural template were also conducted: designing a database for storing documents and system users and developing layouts according to which the design of the web application is designed.
