Object of research: physical rehabilitation of women with postmastectomy syndrome. Methods: Theoretical analysis and generalization, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, instrumental methods of obtaining empirical data, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It has been firstly developed the concept of physical rehabilitation of women with postmastectomy syndrome, which contains a personality-oriented variable part, taking into account the factors of orientation of the rehabilitation process and consistent implementation of fundamental, control-diagnostic, organizational and evaluation components. A method has been developed to assess the predicted level of the functional state of the cardiovascular system of women with postmastectomy syndrome on the basis of age and objective indicators of central hemodynamics. Quantitative and qualitative parameters of functional, psycho-emotional state and quality of life of women with different predicted levels of functional state of the cardiovascular system and types of attitude to the disease have been determined. Differentiated problem- and personality-oriented rehabilitation programs for patients with postmastectomy syndrome have been substantiated.Key words: POSTMASTECTOMY SYNDROME, PHYSICAL REHABILITATION, WOMEN, BREAST CANCER.
