The object is the educational process in secondary and higher educational institutions. The purpose is to clarify the features of the content, forms, methods, technologies to increase the efficiency of the educational process in educational institutions, taking into account the requirements of integration, globalization, humanization of education in Ukraine. Methods: theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, educational and scientific-methodical literature, archival materials and periodicals of the XIX - XX centuries; structural and functional analysis of the object and subject of research; synthesis of existing theoretical positions, methodical systems and practical learning outcomes; generalization of innovative experience of teachers of higher educational establishments and secondary schools of Ukraine; pedagogical observations, questionnaires, interviews, testing; experimental research work on the implementation of the main results of the study in the practice of teaching in secondary school and teaching in higher pedagogical educational institutions; statistical analysis of experimental research results. Relevance and scientific novelty is determined by the peculiarity of education in modern conditions: innovative education, application of competency, synergetic, acmeological approaches provide training of a person capable of continuous self-improvement, self-development throughout life, to use acquired knowledge in practice in various production situations. In the course of research work the theoretical generalized and new decision of a problem of increase of efficiency of pedagogical process in comprehensive school and higher school is executed. The complex of means and conditions under which tasks of training and education are solved optimally in a combination of internal and external factors is proved and experimentally checked.
