Research objectives are: to synthesize nano-aqua-citrates of micronutrients contained Zinc and Cobalt; to develop the methodology for the qualitative determination of Zinc nano-aqua-citrate and citrate acid; to assess the biological activity of nano-aqua-citrates. It was prepared the citrate complex compounds contained Zinc, Copper, Silver, Vanadium, Selenium etc. The concentration limits of citrate complexes isolated due to application of nanotechnologies (nano-citrates) ware determined. It was shown that probably Selenium and Germanium nano-aqua-citrates in combination with Iodine compounds as biologically active chemical elements at nano-correction of mineral diet of insects and zoophagous have positive influence on their physiological and biochemical processes. In lab experiments it was determined that foliar treatment of Galega orientales seeds of Silver and Copper nano-aqua-citrates combinated with the application of soil-beneficial microbial consortium in the form of “Ecstracon” preparation demonstrates the adaptive physiological effect, accelerates the seedling growth, increases the activity of oxidoreductases in tissues. It was found that at pre-sowing seed treatment of 1% solutions of nano-particles Ag-Cu citrates as well as complex - Co; Cu; Zn; Fe; Mn; Mo; Mg (“Avatar -1”) and of bio-preparation Iodine-Selenium it was detected the significant inhibition of the of Pseudomonas syringae pv. atrofaciens development with simultaneous reducing of their viability Product Description popup.authors Breslavskyi Artur Ya Voitenko Larysa V Gulaeva Ganna B popup.nrat_date 2021-03-02 Close
