The subject is the software-technological, information-analytical and scientific-methodological support for the creation of NRAT, the development of open science and the research e-infrastructure building. The goal of the stage of the scientific and technical work is to create software and technical conditions for connecting local repositories of institutional participants, registering / authorizing of users, providing comprehensive organizational, methodological, scientific and analytical support for the functioning and development of the National Repository of Academic Texts and the formation of conditions for the cooperation of NRAT with anti-plagiarism services on the basis of the NRAT Central Repository. The creation of organizational-methodological and software-technical conditions for test connection of local repositories of institutional participants was ensured; a system for registration / authorization of users was formed and the basic set of tools available in the user's personal electronic cabinet was built; comprehensive organizational, methodological, scientific and analytical support for the functioning of the NRAT was provided, including filling the web portal with information, analytical and reference materials, organizing interaction with visitors and users through the feedback form, building an analytical subsystem for collecting and summarizing information about the use of the NRAT web portal and content; organizational, software and technological opportunities for cooperation between NRAT and anti-plagiarism services were provided. All proposed solutions are new for the NRAT creation and functioning project and will be used by institutional participants, visitors, users of the NRAT in the process of information interaction with the National Repository.
