It has been found that when using Lamardor the germination energy decreased by 3.4% relatively the control variant. When using Raxil Ultra, laboratory germination increased by 6.8%, and when using Lamardor it decreased by 9.4%. The increase of adaptive capacity of plants and intensity of nitrogen assimilation at the joint use of plant growth regulators with nitrogen fertilization under conditions of hydrothermal stress has been experimentally proved and scientifically substantiated this contributed to the increase in yield from 9 to 30%. The influence of plant growth regulators and active rhizobia strains on the pigment complex and productivity of sowings peas and perennial legumes in binary crops with sunflower has been studied. It is established that the use of these substances for pre-sowing treatment of seeds and vegetative plants helps to increase nitrogen fixation and obtain the significant increase in the yield by 0.69-0.76t/ha. When using the AKM p.g.r. for pre-sowing treatment of sunflower seeds, the leaf surface area increases by 23%, and the biological yield increases by 25%. It is established that these growth regulators in stressful years increase, depending on the variety, frost resistance of winter wheat by 8.4 p.p. and freezing tolerance by 9.6 р.р., the yield by 9-30%, protein content by 0.9-1.0 p.p. and gluten by 1.9-2.8 p.p. This served as a basis for the development of technology for the use of the AKM g.r. in the cultivation of cereals and oilseed crops, extending the keeping period of sunflower seeds.
