Research methods - analysis of case materials, documentary verification, comparison of documents, arithmetic calculation, comparison, synthesis. The subject of the study is the actual data of court and criminal cases on the amount of expenditures of the Pension Fund for the payment of disability pensions to servicemen who received disabilities during their service in the area in the combined forces operation zone (anti-terrorist operation), who require special knowledge in economics. Theoretical and practical results - an algorithm for studying the correctness of pension accrual in the calculation of disability pensions for servicemen who served in the combined forces operation zone (anti-terrorist operation) has been developed.
