ACUTE adhesive intestinal obstruction, MINIMALLY INVASIVE INTERVENTION, microcirculation, laser Doppler FLOUMETRIYA, endogenous intoxication, INTRAOPERATIONAL PERIOD, postoperative complications The object of the study is acute adhesive small bowel obstruction in patients. The aim of the work is to improve the results of treatment of patients with acute adhesive small bowel obstruction by improving treatment and diagnostic tactics and developing methods for preventing complications and recurrence of the disease. Research methods - general clinical - to determine the symptoms of the pathology; instrumental - to determine the results of radiological diagnostics and ultrasonographic examination; laser Doppler flowmetry - to determine systemic microcirculation; biochemical - to determine the content in the blood plasma of molecules of average mass and erythrocyte intoxication index; morphological - to determine the degree of peritoneal damage; mathematical and statistical - to process the results. Based on a comprehensive examination and treatment of 111 patients with acute adhesive small bowel obstruction, changes in the functional state of the microcirculatory tract and endogenous intoxication in the above patients were studied for the first time and not only impaired blood supply but also pronounced changes in systemic blood flow regulation. The connection between changes in the microcirculatory tract, the severity of the disease and the degree of endogenous intoxication was revealed. For the first time, changes in the blood supply of peripheral tissues and temperature homeostasis in patients during surgery for acute adhesive small bowel obstruction were analyzed. Changes in the level of the examined indicators at different methods of surgical interventions are analyzed and the role of the revealed changes in the further course of the disease is established.
