The purpose of the work is to determine the main technological parameters of obtaining new glass and glass-ceramic materials, optical glasses and metal-ceramic coatings for special purposes. Research methods: calculation and basic physicochemical methods of analysis. The basic technological parameters of production of quartz ceramics with the improved operational properties are defined. Conditions for the production of dense lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramics and optical characteristics of PbO-B2O3-GeO2-La2O3 and PbO-B2O3-SiO2-ZnO systems have been studied. Technological instructions for the manufacture of radio-transparent products and protective composite coating have been developed. Experimental samples of glass-ceramic product, protective composite coating and optical glass were created. Practical recommendations on the basics of technology of manufacturing glass-ceramic materials, which have special properties and practical recommendations on the basics of technology of manufacturing protective coatings. A new technical solution is proposed, for which 1 application for a security document of Ukraine for an object of intellectual property rights (for an invention) is submitted.
