The object of the project is Ku-band antenna waveguide type. Methods and equipment - new physical models, calculation techniques and software developed by contractors have been used to develop the antenna. For the manufacture and testing of the antenna and its components, the equipment developed by contractors was used. Results and scientific novelty – - Ku-band waveguide antenna with a range of characteristics that meet the best analogues in the world have been developed. The radiating layer consists of four quadrants that combined by comparator for dual-plane monopulse operation. Operating frequency band 16.0 ÷ 16.9 GHz Gain ≥ 38dBi Polarization Linear/Vertical Peak power > 200 W, Average power > 20 W 3dB beam-width of the antenna radiation pattern in both planes (symmetrical beam) 2 ± 0.3deg Field of use - radio engineering, radars.
