The main motivation for creating a generalized (common for the Academy of Sciences) CIS GDR is on the one hand to expand the range of formalized structured electronic documents (more than 50 types) managed by the existing DIT SAM, but the difference of many technological schemes of their preparation and processing (more than 10 different technological schemes: about 10 different DIT) determines the architectural development of existing DIT SAM to CIS SAM. It should also be noted that the infrastructure of the Academy of Sciences actually has several thousand active users of these subsystems and technologies.
