The treatment causality was confirmed by the placental insufficiency and disorders of fetal-placental blood flow. New prognostic (indicators of the activity of regulatory systems are more than 7 points) and diagnostic criteria (failure of fetal adaptation according to cardiointervalography) of fetal disorders have been suggested, new risk factors of major obstetric syndromes have been identified (prothrombotic states of hemostasis system, “sludge syndrome” in duplex ultrasound of the lower extremities, hepatic impairment, lipid metabolism, decreased vitamin D, immunosuppression, increased circulating immune complexes (CIC) and antiphospholipid antibodies (AFA), increased cortisol levels, hyperactivation, and then depletion of the sympatho-adrenal system (SAS), stress-induced autonomic dysfunction, sleep disorders, increased personal and situational anxiety, depressive states, anxiety about pregnancy, the presence of minor alleles of polymorphic loci C148T and -455GA gene β-fibrinogen on the background of decreased placental hormones, hyperhomocysteinemia, general inflammatory reaction, endothelial dysfunction and angiogenesis / apoptosis imbalance).
