The vaccination with inactivated vaccines and toxoids has been found to be safe in this category of patients. It is the first time that the protection against diphtheria, tetanus, measles, rubella and polio in children undergoing immunoglobulin replacement therapy in Ukraine has been investigated. It has been revealed that the above therapy ensures a protective level of antibodies against diphtheria, tetanus, measles and rubella even at the end of 4 weeks after the introduction of the next dose of it, but it does not provide a protective level of antibodies against polio. It is the first time that the data on the state of protection against rubella in HIV-infected children in Ukraine has been obtained. Based on the data the above children have been found to be insufficiently protected, therefore they have been referred to those at risk of the disease. It is the first time that the data on post-vaccination immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, measles and rubella against the background of immunosuppressive therapy in previously vaccinated children in Ukraine have been obtained. The data are indicative of a sufficient level of protection against measles, rubella, polio with timely vaccination, before immunosuppression protection. However, they show the lack of protective immunity against tetanus and especially against diphtheria, which requires additional protection against these infections.
