The object of research is high-efficiency infrared flat glass radiators with thin-film semiconductor heaters. Purpose - Development and implementation of infrared radiating panels on glass with a thin-film heating layer based on oxide semiconductors with a heating temperature up to 4500C and a uniform heat flow from a flat surface up to 1.5 m2. The GDR report considers infrared thermal panels on glass and, in particular, the main element of this panel - the heating layer. To increase the reliability and stability of the heating layer, it is proposed to use a thin-film layer of oxide semiconductor. The characteristics of oxide film semiconductor materials are analyzed and films of zinc tin oxides are selected for further research. Various technologies for obtaining these films are considered. As a result of the analysis, two methods of production were selected: the main one - magnetron sputtering and the additional method of spraying for applying a heating layer on a non-flat surface. The results of the experiments and the characteristics of the obtained films depending on technological factors are given. The parameters of infrared radiating thermal glass panels with a thin-film heating layer are considered. The maximum allowable electrical parameters of IR radiating panels with a thin-film heating layer, as well as the possibility of increasing the efficiency of IR panels and energy savings when using them. Recommendations for the use of work results - it is recommended to continue this work in the direction of additional doping with materials that stabilize the characteristics of the heating layer. Optimization of doping technologies with basic and stabilizing characteristics of heating layers by mixtures. Testing the technology of applying contacts.
