It made it possible to significantly reduce the treatment time for patients and achieve complete normalization of all clinical and functional parameters of the dentition and postural balance upon completion of the orthodontic treatment. Based on a complete physical examination, the effect of parameter variations of sagittal occlusal curves on intra-articular disorders of the temporomandibular joints was proved, which justifies the necessity of occlusion balancing even in the absence of patient complaints of the temporomandibular joint. It is the first time the effectiveness of the proposed protocols for providing comprehensive dental care to patients with congenital cleft of the upper lip of the alveolar process of the hard and soft palate has been proven on the basis of clinico-anthropometric and radiological studies.
