Since pathological changes in pulmonary circulation under conditions of high glucose and diabetes mellitus, a marker of which should be hypoxia, have not been described in the literature to date, the work allows for the first time to assess the state of the small circulation in type 2 diabetes. The inversion of the hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in type 2 diabetes mellitus has been shown for the first time. The inversion of the reaction to hypoxia of intrapulmonary arteries in type 2 diabetes mellitus and normalization of its direction under the influence of aldose reductase inhibitor both on thin sections of the lungs and on the segments of the pulmonary artery were shown for the first time. For the first time, the effect of thiamine on the response of hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in lung sections was shown - a decrease in relaxation in response to hypoxic solution of the pulmonary artery of rats with a model of type 2 diabetes mellitus and no changes in vasoconstriction in healthy pulmonary artery rats. The influence of perivascular adipose tissue on the development of pulmonary vasoconstriction in diabetes mellitus has been shown for the first time. For the first time, the normalizing effect of the course administration of phosphatidylcholine liposomes on the development of pulmonary vasoconstriction in diabetes mellitus has been shown. Identifying the mechanisms of inversion of the pulmonary artery response to hypoxic effects in diabetes will deepen understanding of the mechanisms of complications of this disease and develop pharmacological agents that will limit the occurrence and progression of microvascular disorders and therefore requires further study.  Product Description popup.authors Boitsova Lyudmyla V Dobrelia Nataliya V Parshikov Olexander V Tishkin Sergey M popup.nrat_date 2021-03-25 Close
