The aim of the work is to write a monograph "Physical and statistical method" floating analogue "for long-term weather forecast" according to scientific research of Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute. Research methods - statistical, mathematical modeling, decomposition by empirical orthogonal functions, the method of "floating analogue" for long-term weather forecasting. The first chapter presents a new calculation method for long-term detailed forecasting taking into account two-month quasi-periodicity based on an ensemble of analogues of synoptic processes. The second chapter shows results of the long-term monthly forecasts of temperature and precipitation during 2020. The success of forecasts can be seen in the forecasted and actual fields of temperature and precipitation over the territory of Ukraine. The third chapter contains the content of the written monograph "Floating analogue method and two-month quasi-periodicity of atmospheric processes for long-term weather forecast." The monograph consists of two parts, the first part presents the development of the method of "floating analogue" and the basics of the theory of two-month quasi-periodicity of the atmospheric circulation of the Northern Hemisphere. The second part presents a description of the model for detailed long-term monthly and seasonal weather forecasting. The proposed model described in this monograph is based on a principle of similarity of synoptic processes but avoided the traditional requirements of similarity over the same territory and requires only geometric similarity of two planetary high-altitude frontal zone and does not limit the coincidence of the processes in time and space, thus expanding the periodicity atmospheric processes in time and space in the Northern Hemisphere.
