Drug projects implemented on the basis of the implementation of five main phases of their life cycle, each of which has its own specific risks. At the conceptual phase of the life cycle of LP projects, they analyze the goals and agree with the available resources, and also predict the characteristics of their products. During such forecasting, limited resources, the constituents of values ​​and the impact on them of risk are taken into account. All of the above is the feasibility study of drug projects and the determination of the predicted duration of actions in them. At the next phase of the life cycle of LP projects, which concerns the development of plans, the following is performed: 1) assess the state of the combustion object and predict the characteristics of the project environment of LP projects; 2) predict a change in the state of the object of combustion; 3) justify actions for the implementation of drug projects; 4) coordinate actions in LP projects with the predicted state of the combustion object. The final phase of the LP project involves determining the degree of achievement of the goals in these projects, analyzing the characteristics and value of the resulting product - extinguished fire, determining losses and costs, and preparing a report. Monitoring and control of the LP project will allow the implementation of the necessary measures to significantly reduce risks and limit the time of free development of a fire, effectively attract fire extinguishing forces and means and, accordingly, reduce losses. A model of the life cycle of the LP project has been developed, which is based on minimizing the risks in them, provides for five phases of their implementation and coordination of actions.
