The study of these issues is needed for reliably determination of the cost of new construction, reconstruction, overhaul and maintenance of public roads. Purpose of study- monitoring of changes in legislative and regulatory documents on pricing in construction and their adaptation to the road works fulfillment conditions; performing the research and preparing a concept for reforming the budget pricing system in the road economy; collection and analysis of data regarding designed and constructed analogous objects on public roads and artificial structures on them; determination of minimum, average and maximum regional prices by monitoring, analyzing and studying the prices for basic construction materials and products used in new construction, reconstruction, overhaul and current repair and maintenance of public roads. Research method- performing a study of existing regulations on estimated pricing in construction, analysis of their changes by comparing and systematizing the results of the study; analysis of obtained data regarding designed and constructed objects-analogues on the roads which will be compared with the objects and finding of the required analogue will be performed; updating the electronic bank of prices for basic construction materials and products that are needed for the performance of road works by making their monthly monitoring on the basis of information provided by Road Services in the regions.
