The criteria for the occurrence of resonant effects in a nonlinear neuron with its own dynamics are established. A mathematical model and architecture of an artificial neural network with dynamic (oscillatory) neurons for recognition of multispectral images are constructed. An algorithm for training a three-layer neural network with dynamic neurons has been developed.
