Significant differences in the second confidence threshold at the FH3628 locus were found between the levels of actual and expected heterozygosity. Although the other values ​​were different, no significant differences were found. The minimum distance between the animals of Myrhorod and Ukrainian meat breeds was 0.004, and the maximum between the populations of PM and UM was 0.015. The number of alleles identified in the populations of variants at 6 loci of microsatellite DNA was 4,167 alleles per locus for the Myrhorod breed, 4,000 for the Poltava meat breed, 3,667 for the Ukrainian meat breed, and 3,500 for the red white-belt breed of meat pigs. We found no significant differences in allele frequencies between animal populations. We also found no private alleles. An electronic database on allelic frequencies and population-genetic characteristics of meat breeds of pigs of Ukraine has been formed.
