The analysis of methods of obtaining alitized protective coatings is carried out. The necessity of alloying allite coatings is substantiated, which allows to sharply increase the performance characteristics and, along with high corrosion and heat resistance due to the formation of additional oxides of chromium, silicon and titanium, to obtain protective coatings with high surface hardness. It is established that the corrosion resistance of materials depends mainly on the acidity of the mother liquor. The corrosive aggressiveness of the medium in the collections of weak and strong circulation increases with increasing temperature as a result of the release of heat of dissolution, as well as due to the abrasive action of salt when feeding the supernatant after centrifugation. When concentrated sulfuric acid is introduced into the mother liquor without a distributor, a large local heating is observed and zones with concentrations of sulfuric acid (75-40%) are formed.
