The object of the project are units of radio equipment. Methods and equipment - new physical models, calculation techniques and software developed by contractors have been used to production of units of radio equipment. The equipment developed by contractors was used for the manufacture and testing of units of radio equipment. Results and scientific novelty – an Antenna motor controller, Digital signal processor, Up-converter and Down-converter, Microwave assembly and Synthesizer were designed and manufactured. Down-converter consists of an amplifier, a mixer with suppression of the mirror frequency of the conversion and an intermediate frequency amplifier. The first stage of the intermediate frequency amplifier is made in a two-stroke scheme and is connected directly to the quadrature outputs of the mixer, and the summing bridge is included at the output of the stage. This allowed minimizing the total noise figure of the frequency down converter, which does not exceed 2 dB at room temperature. There are no domestic and foreign analogues of such a technical solution. Field of use - radio engineering, radars.
