The increase in the diameter of the OCC (34.00  3.70%) at a temperature oscillating with a one-hour period in the range of 37.8  0.14 38.5  0.04 ° C, did not differ statistically significantly from the increase in the diameter of the OCC (37, 504.87%) at a constant temperature of 38.2  0.09 - 38.3  0.11 ° C. Designed gas chambers for culturing OCC in vitro, which allow to obtain different amplitudes of pH oscillations, and proposed a new method for estimating the growth rate of each individual OCC, allowed to find that a statistically significant difference between the effects of tested combinations of constant and oscillating pH and temperature diameter of the OCC in the environment 199 appears using only those OCC that increase by 40-60%, not less and not more. Under the conditions created by our cultivation of OCC in vitro, the best combination was a temperature oscillating in the range of 36.8-38.6 ° C, with a constant pH of 7.5 units, which was statistically significantly higher than the results obtained at oscillating pH when its maximum became greater for 8.15 units, but did not exceed the results when the maximum oscillating pH was less than this value. Three levels of quality of OCC on size of percent of increase of their diameter in culture in vitro are revealed; it increases by: 1) 20 - 39%, 2) 40 - 59%, 3) 60% and more.
